Well, if a bunch of random people are gonna be requesting meetings all day, I have to be paid. Ugh - imagine humans just contracting demons to do whatever. It'd be chaos!

All the weird rituals and obsessions. Michael, can you haunt the guy that cut me off in traffic? Michael, can you get me a demonically tasty burger? Michael, spin your head around and vomit everywhere!

[she huffs, leaning on him again when they get to the stairs. slow going. she hates feeling weak.]

No-one deserves to summon you, anyway. You're too good for those idiots.

[He puts an arm around her to help support her weight. It'd be a lot easier to just pick her up and take her down the stairs, but Michael knows Amara well enough to know that wouldn't be appreciated. She'll be alright; she just needs some time.]

Ha. I don't know about that. [He's hardly too good for most humans - though, in this case, there's probably arguments to be made.] What do people usually try summoning demons for, to curse people? Or give them power? Don't know why I'd do that even if I could.

Oh, that might be fun! I wouldn't really love to give that kind of person power, anyway. That's usually something that's considered evil, right?

[Like, maybe summoning him specifically wouldn't end up being all that evil - people call him all the time. But other demons? Yeah, he can get behind that!]
