The simplest way to put it is like a lucky charm. You've heard of people carrying rabbit's feet for luck, haven't you?

It's similar to that, but the fortune in them is there as a blessing from a spiritualist. The fortune's used up over the year, but you're meant to carry it with you during that time.

It is, isn't it? Maya put in a lot of hard work to all those gifts, I'm glad we could both help with something like that.

I don't know if it'll do much with or without magic, but keep it on you anyway. Who knows what could happen.
